Become a Usask Crossover Dancer

This is your audition application form to be considered to be a crossover and be a part of multiple teams for our 2022/2023 season. It will take between 10-15 minutes to complete and includes a reference note from a former teammate. This is for us to get a sense of how you expect to handle the responsibilities that come with being a crossover.

You will also have to fill out the audition application for each respective team you are wanting to be a part of. We can’t wait for you to join us!
